  1. Yeah, I tended to destroy dolls, or fight them with my uncle’s He-man toys. I much preferred K’nex and lincoln logs and legos. Surprisingly enough, I’m a scientist, though not an engineer.

  3. Hahaha, that is so true.

    I recall seeing a commercial within the past couple years for I think a Fisher-Price play set including kitchen sink, stove, dishwasher, and matching washer and dryer set. The ad had a little girl playing happily with these toys, and the voiceover said something to the effect of “Give her the tools she needs to grow into whatever she wants to be.” Right. As long as she wants to be a housewife.
